Bay Dreamer – Bay Side Luxury Home in Selbyville, DE

I rented this amazing home for a work retreat for my small staff. The house itself was perfected outfitted with everything you could need. The location and views were perfect. The owner was very attentive to our needs. You can’t go wrong with this one! Definitely returning.

My family has stayed at Bay Dreamer for the past five summers. It’s a gorgeous, quiet house with the most picturesque views of the bay, birds and sunsets. Even if it rains during your stay, it’s a totally serene experience. Tracey has gone above and beyond to provide her guests with so many comforts and conveniences. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Every family in our group has their own private bedroom and bathroom which keeps everyone happy. The house is bright, the colors are fresh, the decor is very tasteful and the furniture is new, clean and comfortable. Cupboards and storage spaces are so organized, it will blow your mind! The kitchen is the hub of the house and it’s stocked with everything you could need to enjoy cooking large meals and we do! Many glasses, dishes, pots, pans of every size, blender, crock pot, tons of utensils, knives, crab tools and a variety of spices, oils and other basic essentials. There is also a nice gas grill. Other bonus items offered for guests to use include multiple cable TVs, WiFi, a variety of DVD movies, board games, several bikes, 3 kayaks with life jackets and a private dock, new washer and dryer, an elevator (yes, really!) and a fabulous, private outdoor shower to rinse off sand when you return from the beach. There is also a nice, clean community pool located nearby. Tracey works hard to make sure you have everything you will need and she seems to find guests who are conscientious and leave the space as they found it. Thank goodness because this house is truly a treasure! Thank you, Tracey for offering our family such a spectacular place to make our memories, year after year!
